The System

The System is based on a screenplay by Tim Wesson about the conflicts that arise when two detectives start to disagree about the alleged crime of a suspect.

The film was shot at Black Park behind Pinewood Studios in Buckinghamshire using a small and dedicated crew of 15 as well as 5 leading actors bracing English weather outdoors with a Panavision HD900F and assorted equipment. Conditions in the park turned out to be perfect for The System as shooting was completed after four consecutive days on the fourth of July 2007.

The film is scored by Mike Wesson, a modern composer, and released independently on DVD.
